Wenlock in Shropshire, Oct. 6.  The election of our bailiff
has fallen upon Mr. Weld, a gentleman in the true interest
of our King and country; but on Wednesday last, about twelve
at night, some gentry assembled and went with a drum at
their head to the Market-Place, where they made a
proclamation of the pretender, crying out, James the Third
or no King at all, down with the rumps and round heads; no
