To be sold on Tuesday the 18th of next month, at the
plantation whereon Dorothy Fearson lately lived, on
Chicahominy River, in New Kent, all the stock of cattle,
sheep, and hogs, a large quantity of corn, fodder and pease,
seven or eight feather beds of the best kind well furnished,
a large quantity of household and kitchen furniture, among
which are the best of mahogany tables, &c. and many other
things too tedious to mention. The sale will be for ready
money. At the same time will be exchanged for Negroes the
said plantation with 110 acres of land, pleasantly situated
on the river, with every necessary building. The said land
may be purchased at any time before the sale by applying to
Albert Warren at New Kent courthouse.
