December 14, 1739.  Ran away from Richland Farm, belonging
to Charles Carter, Esq; of King George County, on Thursday
the 29th of November last, a convict servant man, named
Bartholomew Fryer.  He is a tall thin man, about 6 feet
high, of a white complexion, with light hair close cut, has
a small mole on his right cheek, is about 22 years of age;
he talks much of his singing.  He had on, . . . [10 lines,
clothing, companion, terms, pistole reward, signed] Charles
Carter.
