London, Oct 24. On Saturday morning last, His Royal
Highness the Prince of Wales, attended by several persons of
distinction, set out from Bath to make a visit to the Right
Hon. the Lord Bathurst, at his seat at Cirencester in
Gloucestershire, about 20 miles from Bath; where he arrived
that afternoon at 5 o'clock, amidst the loud acclamations of
the people. . . [9 lines] During his stay, there were great
rejoycings in the town, as ringing of bells, bonfires, and
other illuminations both night and day; and his Royal
Highness seemed exceedingly well pleased with the respect
that was paid to him wherever he passed. . .
