London, July 12.  Account of the review of the train of
artillery, at Blackheath, on Monday last.
By eight o'clock in the morning near 20, 000 spectators were
assembled, . . . A detachment of horse guards was stationed
on the brow of the hill, facing the west, to wait his
Majesty's arrival, who came about a quarter after nine, and
was saluted by the martial music, and a discharge of cannon.
