London. . . August 29. On Monday afternoon their
majesties, with the Prince of Wales, and the two Princes of
Mecklenburg Strelitz, went down the river in a pleasure
barge with a band of musick, as far as Hammersmith. On
their return in the evening, just under Kew Bridge, they met
the Fishmongers barge, when the company in it ordered their
band of musick to play God Save the King. Their majesties
were pleased to order their barge to lie by, and several
tunes were played in each barge; after which their majesties
returned to Richmond, and the Fishmongers Company to town.
