Just arrived, the Scarsdale, with about a hundred and twenty
healthy servants, men, women, and boys, among which are many
tradesmen, namely, house carpenters and joiners, smiths,
coopers, bricklayers and plaisterers, weavers, shoemakers,
bookbinders, gardiners, schoolmasters, a tailor, a
staymaker, a cabinet makers, a carver, a harpsichord maker,
and several others.  There are also farmers, and other
country labourers.  The sale will commence on Tuesday the
15th of October, at Leeds Town, on Rappahannock.  A
reasonable credit will be allowed, on giving bond, with
approved security, to [signed] Thomas Hodge.
