London. . . A letter from Carmarthen, dated August 3d, says: 
Yesterday their Royal Highnesses the Dukes of Gloucester and
Cumberland went through this town to view Milford harbour,
attended by Colonel Craig, Sir William Cow, &c. and this
morning they returned, amidst the acclamations of several
thousands, bells ringing, colours flying, and firing of
guns; and after breakfast they set out for London.
