Friday the 11th instant was celebrated at Fredericksburg,
the birth day of our illustrious Chief (General Washington.)
Two regiments of the Virginia line being detained there on
account of bad weather added much to the rejoicings of that
day . . . [5 lines] The evening was concluded with an
elegant ball at the Coffee-house.
