last an elegant ball was given by the Hon General Assembly,
to celebrate the arrival of the definitive treaty, to which
was invited a large and respectable company, who made a very
brilliant appearance; and it is with pleasure that we
communicate the regularity and good order by which it was
conducted, and the satisfaction that was so expressive in
