London. . . June 27. On Wednesday evening at 5 o'clock, we
understand, his Royal Highness Prince William Henry arrived
at Windsor, in perfect health, to the joy of his Royal
parents. A messenger was dispatched express to Buckingham-
House for the Prince of Wales, which found him dressing for
Lady North's ball; in consequence of which, he sent an
apology to Lady North, and instantly set off to embrace his
gallant brother. The appearance of this noble and
enterprising youth will give new lustre and animation to the
