London, June 28. On Wednesday evening, at five o'clock, we
understand his Royal Highness Prince William Henry arriben
at Windsor in perfect health, to the joy of his Royal
Parents. A messenger was dispatched express to Buckingham-
House for the Prince of Wales, which found him dressing for
Lady North's ball; in consequence of which he sent an
apology to Lady North, and instantly set off to embrace his
gallant brother. The appearance of this noble and
enterprising youth will give new lustre to the circles of
fashion. . .
