On Monday the 12th of May, 1783, at No. 92 Broad-Street,
late Strickland's Long Room, will be presented, by
particular desire, for the benefit of the widows and orphans
of Free Masons;
The Orphan; or, Unhappy Marriage; a Tragedy; by a set of
young gentlemen, who have studied this play for their
amusement.
To which will be added, a dramatic Satire [N.B. spelling
corrected], called, Lethe, or Aesop in the Shades.
The doors will be opened at five o'clock, and the play begin
precisely at seven in the evening.
No person on any pretence whatever can be admitted without a
ticket, as the managers have taken care no more shall be
disposed of, than will make it convenient to the audience.
Tickets may be had at Mr. O'Harra's, No. 12 1/2 Broad
Street.
Pit, Seven shillings, Gallery, four shillings and eight-
pence.
N.B. No admittance behind the scenes.
