For private sale, twenty plantation Negroes, and several
house wenches, a young mulatto wench, a little Negro girl,
besides others of different qualifications. Two
harpsichords, a few looking glasses, and a sett of prints.
Also a very handsome phaeton with harness.
All which, if not sold before Monday the 12th of June,
will be put up to public sale on that day, at eleven o'clock
in the forenoon, at my room in Church-street. [signed] Jacob

Two tenements to lett behind the Old Church, at 150 L. per
annum each.
