York [England], Feb. 7.  The sergeants and drummer of the
second regiment of the West-Riding Militia, commanded by
Col. Hervey, have received orders to provide knapsack, &c.
and to hold themselves in readiness at an hour's warning;
from which it is expected that regiment, as well as others
of the militia, will shortly be called into actual service.
