To be sold by public outcry, at Mr. Pike's Long-Room, on the
12th of July next, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, the
remaining part of the effects of Mr. Thomas Pike, consisting
of three large chandeliers, a few globe lamps and irons, two
Bath stoves and fenders, &c. &c. and a spinnet which could
not be sold before, as he was under a contract with the St.
Coecelia Society,  for the use of them.
  Also, a share in the Library Society.  Likewise, 
Three tracts of land, containing two of 200 acres each, and
one of 50, adjoining each other situated near Ninety-Six,
bounding on the lands of William Savage, Esquire.
  The conditions of the sale is cash, upon delivery of the
titles, in order to hasten the settlement with his
creditors, who may by the 20th day of July next, receive a
second dividend, and those concerned, are desired to take
notice, that all accounts unsettled due to Mr. Pike, will
that day be put in the hands of an attorney at law, to be
sued for without distinctions. [signed] For the assignees of
