London, June 1.  An amiable young married lady, justly
admired for her merit and beauty, without being possessed by
the fiend jealousy, . . accidently went into her Lord's
dressing-room to speak to him before dinner;
. . . [Saw a letter] she glanced over the address, which
proving to be a handsome actress (No less celebrated for her
performance in public, than she is in private) 
. . . [Story continues with wife wearing diamond necklace to
dinner]
Reconciliation, in the way most expressive, was the
immediate consequence; and that evening they appeared at
Ranelagh arm in arm, like new-married turtles, she with a
dove-like innocence, and he with the seeming meekness of a
lamb.
