London, March 9.  When the alteration of the establishment
of the infantry takes place, which will be on the 26th
instant, a regiment of foot will consist of a Colonel,
Lieutenant Colonel, Major, 7 Captains, 12 Lieutenants, 8
Ensigns, one Quarter-Master, one Adjutant, a Chaplain,
Surgeon, and one Mate, 20 Serjeants, 30 Corporals, 10 Drums,
2 Fifers, and 380 Private Men.
