London, March 2.  Yesterday being the anniversary of St.
David's Day, the tutelar Saint of Wales, the Society of
Ancient Britons met at St. Bride's church, from whence they
proceeded in carriages to Sr. James's, to pay their
compliments to his Royal Highness the Prince of Wales, in
the following order, viz. fifes playing and colours flying;
