New-York, April 2.  On Monday last 45 and 92 ladies (making
137) met at the house of Mr. Arthur McNeil, at the head of
Chapel-Street, from whence they went in regular procession
to the New-Goal, to visit Mr. McDougall. Two chambers were
prepared for their reception, where they were entertained
with tea and cakes; and after that, they sung a number of
patriotic songs, then took their leave of him.
