For the benefit of the poor.  On Thursday the tenth of
March, at the sign of Bacchus, on the Bay, will be presented
the noted Bayly's Medley of Entertainments and Uncommon
performances, by Dexterity of hand, [in] a manner different
from all other performers of that art.
Who has had the honour to perform before most of the
nobility and gentry in Europe and America, and gained
universal applause: with several entertainments, drolls,
burlettas, dancing, &c. by Mr. Punch, his family, and
company of artificial comedians, consisting of thirty
figures, near four feet high.
  By whom will be performed, a farce, called, 
The Quaker Outwitted, or Punch turned Gaol-keeper;
With scenes, decorations, music, &c.
No person will be admitted without tickets, which may be had
at any time at the theatre.
Boxes, 20sh. Pit, 15sh. Gallery, 10sh.
To begin precisely at VII o'clock.
N.B. Mr Bayly continues to perform his entertainments on
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings, during his stay.
   Any set company of ladies and gentlemen may have a
private performance on Tuesdays or Thursdays, giving four
hours notice, or be waited on at their own houses.  Vivant
Rex & Regina.
  On Thursday the seventh of April, he will exhibit for the
benefit of the debtors confined in the gaol of this town.
