Whereas on Wednesday night, the 13th of May, instant,
between the hours of twelve and one, the five undermentioned
prisoners, feloniously broke out of and escaped from the
common goal of Charles Town, viz.
  William Smith, a tall, slim, pock-marked man, formerly a
drummer in the Royal American Regiment, very well known
about Charles-Town.
