London, March 19.  This evening the Right Hon. Lord Mayor
will have a grand rout and ball at the Mansion-House, at
which are expected many of the nobility, gentry, &c. upwards
of 600 cards of invitation having been delivered. The
Mansion-House is to be illuminated, both inside and out, in
a very grand manner. A number of constables are engaged to
keep the way clear, for the company to pass without
obstruction.
