At our masquerade ball on the 21st of last month, Capt. W---
-s, in the character of the times, attracted the notice of
every one; all parties were held up to public ridicule; the
whole of his figure was, from top to toe, original,
characteristic, and burlesque; on his head he wore a hat,
cap of liberty, and above, a weathercock almost as tall as
himself;
