Wednesday evening arrived here the ship Fantbill, Capt.
Matthias Kitchin, from London, with his Excellency the Right
Honourable Lord Charles Greville Montagu, Esq; Governor in
chief, &c. of this province, his lady and family, on board,
. . . Thursday morning was ushered in with ringing of bells,
all the forts and vessels displayed their colours, and the
Charles-Town regiment of militia was drawn up in Broad-
Street, forming two lines.
