To be sold the following houses and lands in Charles-Town,
viz.

One piece of land in an alley leading from Church-Street to
Meeting-Street, about eighty feet on the said alley and
ninety feet deep, the eastermost at present occupied by Mr.
Rutledge, Dancing-Master, contiguous to which is a
commodious long-room seventeen by thirty-eight feet.
