Compiegne, July 16.  [News of the surrender of the Castle of
St. Philip's, in the Island of Minorca and the Articles of
Capitulation. Agreed upon between Marshal Richelieu and
Lieutenant General Blakeney]

the garrison on their surrender; such as, to march out with
their firelocks on their shoulders, drums beating, colours
flying, 24 charges for each man, match lighted, four pieces
of cannon, and two mortars,
