Whereas the subscriber nurs'd many people in the small pox,
and (thro' God) had great success, but my business obliging
me to go into the country, and my continuance there caus'd
most people to believe I was dead: I therefore thought it
proper to inform all persons that I am always ready (at Mr.
Henry Campbell's  Dancing-master) to wait on any sick
