Regiment (or Royal Welsh Fusileers) Commandant of
Charlestown, &c. &c. &c.  Regulations established for the
security of the vessels laying at the wharves at
Charlestown. . . [49 lines, including:]  3.  The patroles
are to apprehend all persons whatever who shall be found on
any of the wharves after dark. . . 4. No bells are to be
rung in any of the vessels laying in the port either by day
or night, except when danger is apprehended from fire. . .
To superintend from Gadsden's wharf to the Exchange, Francis
Gilbert; from the Exchange to Roper's Wharf, John Towns.
