To be sold at private sale, the large, commodious and well
finished house in which the subscriber lives, containing 12
good rooms with closets in each, a large cellar that is
floored and shelved. . . [23 lines describing the contents
and including this musical item:] a genteel brass-mounted
grate, tongs, poker, shovel, and fender; an exceeding well-
toned single rowed harpsichord, with an elegant mahogany
case. . . The terms of payment for either house or furniture
or both will be made convenient to the purchaser.  James
