London. . . April 10.  There are at this time not less than
twenty-five thousand Germans in the province of
Pennsylvania, most of whom served as soldiers during the
last German war.  They now hold themselves in readiness, and
are engaged to march forth at beat of drum the very instant
the Americans are compelled to draw the sword. . .
