London, April 21.  On Wednesday a riotous mob paraded
through Epsom, with drums beating and colours flying and
committed great outrages; they insulted, with names, Mr.
Shaw, one of his Majesty's justices of the peace, who had
three of the most notorious of them apprehended and
committed to Kingston gaol.
