Run away, a Negro man named Joe, but calls himself Dick, or
may take some other name.  Is about five feet six inches
high, very black, a smooth face, one leg thicker than the
other, and is about twenty-five years of age.  He plays upon
the fiddle and sometimes affects to speak broad Scotch or
Northumberland dialect.  A plausible rascal and has had the
address to pass himself with several people as free. 
Whoever delivers him to the warden of the workhouse shall
have ten pounds reward.  Andrew Robertson.  All masters of
vessels and others are hereby forbidden to harbour,
entertain, or carry off the said Negro at their peril.
