Same day [Wednesday last], three rebel looked villains
received the discipline of the cat at the end of the market,
for (like their brethren) making too free with the property
of honest people; after being thus duly qualified for the
service of Congress, they were escorted out of town, by a
number of fifes and drums, with music suitable to the
occasion.
