(By Permission.) Theatre, New-York, October 4, 1783.
This Evening will be performed, a tragedy called, 
The Siege of Quebec, The Conquest of Canada; or, The Death
of General Wolfe.
With the original Prologue by a Gentleman of the Army.
Characters by gentlemen of the Army.
To which will be added, a farce called, 
Lethe, or, AEsop in the Shades.
  **  Ladies and Gentlemen are requested to observe that no
money will be received at the doors.
  ++  Servants sent to keep boxes, are desired to attend at
five o'clock.
  The doors will be open at six, and begin at half past
seven.
  Box and Pit 8s.  Gallery 4s.
  Tickets to be had at Mr. Rivington's, Mr. Loosely's,
Water-street, and at Mrs. Petit's at the Theatre, where
places for the boxes are to be taken.
  No person can be (on any account) admitted behind the
scenes.
