(By Permission.) Theatre, New-York, August 9, 1783.
For the Benefit of a distressed Family.
This Evening will be performed, 
The comedy of 
The Beaux Stratagem; 
With the farce of 
Miss in Her Teens.
The principal characters by gentlemen of the Navy and Army.
  **  Ladies and Gentlemen are requested to observe, that no
money will be received at the doors.
  ++  The Band will be led by Signior Gaetano Franceschini.
  **  Servants sent to keep boxes, are desired to attend at
five o'clock.
  The doors will be open at six, and begin at half past
seven.
  Boxes and Pit 8s.  Gallery 4s.
  Tickets will be ready to deliver at the usual places.
  No person can be (on any account) admitted behind the
scenes.
