New-York, September 25.  Wednesday being the Anniversary of
their Majesty's Coronation, it was observed here with every
possible demonstration of loyalty and joy.  At noon a royal
salute was fired from the battery, and at one o'clock from
the shipping in the harbour.  In the evening there was a
grand exhibition of fire-works;  after which a splendid ball
was opened by the gentlemen of the army in this garrison.
The following is a particular description of the grand fire-
works played off last Wednesday evening in honour of the
Anniversary of their Majesty's Coronation.
King and Queen Illuminated, &c.
Royal salute of Maroons.
Twelve Sky Rockets.
Two Yew Trees brilliant Fire.
