Adjutant General's Office,  Broad-Street, Dec. 8, 1778.  As
it seems to be the general wish to have the theatre opened
this winter, and that, as early as possible--Such Gentlemen
as are inclined to give their Assistance to that useful and
extensive charity, are requested to signify it by a sealed
note directed to the managers, to be left at Mr. John
Barrow's, in Broad-Street, near the Main-Guard.
