Dancing taught at Home and Abroad. By W. Birchall Tetley,
who served a regular apprenticeship under Monsieur Gerarde
of London: Teaches the Old and New Louvre, the various
sorts of Minuets, Allemandes, Cottillions, English Country
Dances, single, double, and tripple Hornpipes, and other
Dances as they are now danced at London and Paris, which
last place he has lately visited, and was an Assistant under
Mons. Gardel, Dancing Master to the present King, when
Dauphin of France.
He most gratefully returns his thanks to his friends that
have already favoured him with their patronage, and does
assure them and the public, that he will at all times exert
his utmost endeavours to merit their encouragement, and
informs them, that his school is now opened, at the corner
of Beaver-Street, where grown persons are taught privately,
with the utmost expedition.
Continues painting portraits in oil and miniature as
before, and teaches drawing as usual, at home or abroad.
