Rome, July 15th.  A report goes that the emperor had
declared in relation to the difference between the Imperial
and French Embassadors, that the latter may clap the Arms of
France upon as many seats in the Theatre Aliberti, as he
pleases, provided the first seat be still left for the
Minister of his Imperial Majesty. . .
