Rebel Intelligence. From the Independent Chronicle,
Philadelphia, June 1.  [Report of fines for failure to
enlist in the militia]
The publick may soon expect a just account of the
appropriation of all monies which have arisen from fines,
&c. for these four years past, when they will be convinced,
that they have been applied to other purposes, besides that
of supporting Drummers and Fifers.
