Theatre.
For the benefit of Mr. J. Hemsworth, Prompter to the
Theatre.
Will be performed, on Thursday evening, the tragedy of
Jane Shore.
Between the Play and Farce,
Solo Concerto;
End of the play,
Bucks have at ye all.
To which will be added the farce of
The Citizen. And the original Epilogue, by Old and Young
Philpot.
The managers having been obliged to postpone the last
performance upwards of three weeks beyond the time intended,
rendered it improbable, from the encreased heat of the
weather, that I could derive any advantage from a Benefit
Play; but being now encouraged by several friends, I humbly
presume to solicit the favour of the public on this
occasion, which will ever be gratefully acknowledged by
Their most obedient and devoted humble servant.

N.B. Every method will be used to keep the house as cool as
possible.
Tickets, for the pit and gallery may be had at Gaine's,
Rivington's, and Robertson's Printing Offices.
Box tickets at Mr. Petit, near the Theatre.
The doors to be opened at five, and to begin precisely at
seven o'clock.
No money can possibly be received at the door, as the number
of tickets are issued which the house will hold.
The Managers having repeatedly pointed out the necessity of
sending servants in due time, to secure places taken in the
boxes, beg leave once more to request the attention of the
public to that regulation, otherwise they will not consider
themselves as responsible for any disappointment that may
happen from such neglect.
No persons can be admitted behind the scenes.
