Albany, July 1.  [Report of an address from the Ministers,
Elders and Deacons of the Reform'd Protestant Dutch Church
in Albany to His Excellency George Washington, Esquire,
General and Commander in Chief of the American Army, &c. &c.
&c]
When the corporation went to present their address, they
proceeded in procession from the City-Hall.  At 6 o'clock
P.M. the bells in all the churches began to ring, and
continued their joyful peals until sun set, when thirteen
cannon were discharged from the fort, and the city
illuminated.
