To Be Let, A large convenient Tavern, situated on the east
side of Third-Street, near Arch-Street, known by the name of
the Bunch of Grapes, with two parlours, seven chambers, a
large dancing room, two garrets, two kitchens, with a house
at the end of the lot, and stables for thirty horses.  For
further particulars enquire of Mrs. Bingham, in Pine-Street,
near St. Peter's Church.
