To be sold, by private sale, The Buck Tavern, On the Five
Mile Round, two and a half miles from the city of
Philadelphia, formerly occupied by Mr. Daniel Grant,
together with the gardens, orchards, &c. &c. in which are
several summer houses.
. . . This house is elegantly situated for a country-seat,
commanding a fine prospect of the River Delaware, and is a
fine new building.  The dimentions of the house is about
fifty by forty foot deep, two stories high, four rooms on a
floor, with a fire place in each, and three rooms on the
garret.  On the second story is a hall or dancing-place,
where forty or fifty couple may dance at one time.  Under
the whole is a fine cellar, divided into several
departments.
