Lancaster, August 15.  Three Hundred Dollars Reward.  Ran
away from the subscriber on the evening of the 20th  last, a
Negro man named Dan, about twenty-four or twenty five years
of age, five feet four or five inches high, 
. . . He is fond of playing the fiddle, 
. . . is naturally left handed, and, which is more
particularly remarkable, when he performs on the violin bows
with his left hand.
