Five Pounds Reward.  Ran away on the 10th inst. (March) from
the subscriber, living in Harford County, Maryland, the two
following convicts, viz Charles Shepherd, . . . Matthew
Bivin, an Englishman, about 33 years of age, 5 feet 9 or 10
inches high, . . . He is a great lover of liquor, and a
great swearer and liar; he says he has been in the English
army, has lost the middle finger of his left hand, and the
others are crooked; he is fond of singing when in liquor;
