Fifteen Pounds Reward.  Ran away, about the 24th of June,
1774, from the subscriber, living in Philadelphia, a Negro
man named Caesar, of middling black colour, about 22 years
of age, about 5 feet 3 or 4 in inches high, and is fond of
playing scraps of tunes on the fife, of which he has
several;
