Whereas a certain John M'Connel, born in Belfast, in
Ireland, by trade a taylor, and worked in December last with
Jonathan Willson, at Cantwell's Bridge, in New-Castle
County, and borrowed a horse, . . . [reward terms]
He is about five feet six or seven inches high, . . . 
very talkative in company, and remarkably fond of singing a
song called the Cheating Lady; . . .
