Philadelphia, October 14th, 1772. To be sold by Public
Vendue, at the late dwelling-house of the Rev. Charles
Beatty, deceased, on the 10th day of November next, part of
his estate, both real and personal; that is to say,

a large variety of household goods, among which are a
musical clock, and a curious and elegant collection of cuts,
maps, and pictures;
